Having spent the last years of my “working” life in high tech mapping and data systems, I can only thank all those people who shaped my career within the GIS and GPS industry.
I got involved in aerial photography, but quit when I learned that our hired pilot made an emergency landing with a hired plane on a busy tarred road as the petrol gauge translated “F” to “Finish” and “E” to “Enough”.
One has to live. I got invited to several matrix based business networks, some of which on hindsight, where nothing but scams.
On the other hand, I am a living proof of a person that benefits daily as a user and marketer of quality products by well established companies over a wide spectrum.
Mobile technology offers a fantastic scope and having originated a well known business directory service during 2003/4, my colleagues and I are now working on another South African “first”.
